ALTERATIONS
Average price of wedding dress alterations is between $800-2000 (prices may vary depending on how the dress fit and the customization).
You are not obligated to use our in-house alterations and you are more than welcome to search for outside alterations.

If you are just looking to get a quote, please email or give us a call at (408)774-9242 to set up your appointment. Appointment will run about 15 minutes long.
For a quote on gowns purchased outside of BO LEE, there is a $25 appointment fee. The fee is waived when you pay for your alterations. Fee is refunded if you cancel 48 hours before the scheduled appointment date.

TIPS

Start alterations about 2-4 months before the wear date.

Please have wedding shoes ready for 1st Fitting and bring again to 2nd Fitting.​​

Size adjustments to the wedding gown is included in all 3 fittings with no additional charge.
THE PROCESS
WHAT TO EXPECT
What to expect during your alteration appointments for wedding dresses.

*For bridesmaid dresses or mother-of-the-bride gowns, there are 2 fittings only & appointment runs about 30 minutes.
01/
1st Fitting
1 hour long. The pin fitting. You will receive a consultation with the seamstress to see what needs to be done to the gown. Any customization to the gown should be addressed. The seamstress will pin you while in the dress. Bring shoes or any undergarment you plan to wear during this appointment.
02/
2nd Fitting
~20-30 minutes long. You will get to try on the gown after everything is altered. Usually if everything looks good, gown will be steamed, packaged, and ready to pickup on final fitting. If more changes are needed, adjustments will be made for you to try on again in the next fitting.

03/
3rd Fitting
~20 minutes long. This will be the last fitting and usually the stage for picking up the gown. The gown will be steamed, packaged, and ready to wear.
