TERMS & CONDITION

Cancellation:  ALL SALES ARE FINAL and there will be NO cancellation, refund, credit, or exchange. A cancelled or postponed event does not cancel this contract.

Wear date:  The merchandise is ordered for the wedding or wear date as noted when you fill out the form to submit your online purchase. In case you moved that date forward, BoLee Bridal  will do everything possible to deliver the merchandise on time but CAN NOT guarantee earlier delivery, as BoLee Bridal has no control over manufacturers' schedule. Please contact us if your wedding date is in less than 5-6 months. 

Notification:  BoLee Bridal will notify the customer upon merchandise arrival to schedule a pick-up appointment for those who selected Store Pick-Up as shipping option. It is the customers' responsibility to check their emails for the notification. BoLee Bridal will provide tracking information for orders made to ship to customers' address. 

Abandoned merchandise:  This applies to orders requested for Store Pick-Ups only. The merchandise must be picked up no later than FIFTEEN DAYS (15) past the date it has arrived at Bolee Bridal or it will be considered abandoned. In such a case, BoLee Bridal reserves the right to keep the payment and liquidate the merchandise. 

 

Ship date:  All ship dates are approximate. The manufacturer reserves the right to change the ship date based on their production schedule. All merchandise is shipped as ready. Rush cuts and rush shipping is at additional cost to the customer.

Dye lot variation:  BoLee Bridal is NOT responsible for manufacturer’s dye lot variation and/ or delays out of our control.  

Alterations:  BoLee Bridal offers an in-house tailoring service for an additional fee. You are under no obligation to use such service. Most Special order gowns or dresses do require alteration. Alterations and steam pressing are not included in our price.

Size: The size selected for the garment is a standard size per the manufacturer's chart. BoLee Bridal is not responsible for the size selected. The garment is not made to customized fit, but will be close to manufacture's standard size.

BoLee Bridal Couture LLC respect and take your personal information very seriously. We do not collect your personal data and cookies, other than the ones you have provided to us. Your information will be used only to provide you with the best service possible. It will not be shared nor given to any third parties. The only exception is when it is required by law. We will keep your information until its purpose is served. Then, it will be securely disposed. This privacy policy applies to the information collected by BoLee Bridal Couture LLC.  It does not apply to the information collected outside of BoLee Bridal Couture LLC. 

 

 

What information do we collect

We do not collect your personal information other than the ones you have provided to us via our web site, e-mail or physical visits to the store. The information we collect depends on what kind of service you request: making an appointment, have specific questions about our product or services or want more information. 

 

 

How do we use the information collected

The information we collected from you is used to provide you with the best service possible. We use the information to book your appointment, contact you to respond to your questions, update on your order or any changes, send you conformation or reminders, process your payments, and send you marketing communication.  

 

Your information is never shared with other vendors or third parties. It is solely used by BoLee Bridal Couture LLC for fulfilling and providing the best service to the customer. 

 

The only exception is when there are legal requirements such as in court order, law enforcement, legal process, and fraud or business transfers. 

 

How do we utilize social media and technology integration

Other than cookies that are considered as “essential” or “necessary,” we do not collect your cookies. We use Google Analytics and other companies for analytic services to optimize our services to our customer, best meet their needs and maximize our sales. These analytical companies, such as Google, Yelp, etc. use tracking technologies to track actions of users who visit BoLee Bridal Couture online. We advertise through various companies, such as Google, Yelp, the Knot, etc. who have their own policies and practices. 

 

 

How long do we keep the collected information

The information collected is kept until its purpose is fulfilled (service to the customer, accounting, and tax) and permitted by law. Upon its fulfillment, the information collected will be securely discarded or deleted. 

 

 

What is our policy regarding collecting information from minors

We do not collect information from minors who are under 18 years of age, other than with parents or legal guardian’s consent. Those who are using our web site must be 18 years or older or they have either parents or guardian’s consent. If we find out those who are younger than 18 years of age have given their information to us without the consent of their parents or legal guardian, we will delete and remove their information.
