TERMS & CONDITION

Cancellation:  ALL SALES ARE FINAL (including all accessories). There are NO exchanges or refunds or transfers of deposits. This policy applies to all purchased orders placed, off-rack purchases, and orders not yet placed. A cancelled or postponed event does not cancel this contract.

Special Purchase Orders:  All customized purchase orders, inventory releases, and rush orders require a full payment.  

​

Size:  Customer must acknowledge sizes are based on a standardized sizing per the manufacturer's chart. Our merchandise is not customized to fit the customers' measurements. BoLee Bridal is not responsible for any change in size that may occur after we have measured you.  Sizing suggestions are provided and BoLee Bridal is not responsible for the deciding factor.

Wear Date:  The merchandise is ordered for the wedding/event date as noted on this sales contract.  In case the event date is moved earlier than the date stated in this contract, BoLee Bridal will do everything possible to deliver the merchandise before the event date but CANNOT guarantee earlier delivery as BoLee Bridal has no control over manufacturers' schedule. If the manufacturer cannot meet the bride's event date stated in this sales contract, BoLee Bridal will inform the bride immediately and a refund will be fully reimbursed.

Ship Date:  All ship dates are approximate. The manufacturer reserves the right to change the ship date based on their production schedule. All merchandises are shipped as ready.  If applicable, rush cuts and rush shipping is additional cost to the customer.

Notification:  BoLee Bridal will notify you upon merchandise arrival with the customer's contact information in this contract. BoLee Bridal is not responsible for notifying other members of your party. It is the customer's responsibility to check for notifications sent by BoLee Bridal.

Item Arrival:  Any remaining balance must be fully paid. BoLee Bridal is not responsible for merchandise once it has left the store. Merchandise must be paid in full and picked up no later than THIRTY (30) DAYS after BoLee Bridal informs you on the arrival of your item(s) or a $25 monthly storage fee will be charged.

Final Payment:  Cash or credit card only. No checks are accepted when picking up gown from store.

​

Abandoned Merchandise:  If merchandise is left unclaimed at BoLee Bridal past the wedding date stated on this contract, the merchandise becomes property of BoLee Bridal and any deposits or payments are forfeited.  

​

Merchandise Variation:  BoLee Bridal is NOT responsible for manufacturers' dye lot variation and slight differences in lace placement.  

​

Alterations:  Most cases, new order gowns and off-rack gowns require alteration. Alterations and steam pressing are NOT included with the gown purchase. BoLee Bridal offers in-house tailoring service for an additional fee. Average price ranges from $800-$2000. You are under no obligation to use our service.

At BoLee Bridal Couture LLC, we respect and take your personal information very seriously. We do not collect your personal data, other than the ones you have provided to us. Your information will be used only to provide you with the best service possible. It will not be shared nor given to any third parties. The only exception is when it is required by law. We will keep your information until its purpose is served. Then, it will be securely disposed. This privacy policy applies to the information collected by BoLee Bridal Couture LLC.  It does not apply to the information collected outside of BoLee Bridal Couture LLC. â€‹

 

 

What information do we collect

We do not collect your personal information other than the ones you have provided to us via our web site, e-mail or physical visits to the store. The information we collect depends on what kind of service you request: making an appointment, have specific questions about our product or services or want more information. 

 

 

How do we use the information collected

The information we collect from you is used to provide you with the best service possible. We use the information to book your appointment, contact you to respond to your questions, update on your order or any changes, send you confirmation or reminders, process your payments, and send you marketing communication.  

 

Your information is never shared with other vendors or third parties. It is solely used by BoLee Bridal Couture LLC for fulfilling and providing the best service to the customer. 

 

The only exception is when there are legal requirements such as in court orders, law enforcement, legal process, and fraud or business transfers.

How do we utilize social media and technology integration

We use Google Analytics and other companies for analytic services to optimize our services to our customer, best meet their needs and maximize our sales. These analytical companies, such as Google, Yelp, etc. use tracking technologies to track actions of users who visit BoLee Bridal Couture online. We advertise through various companies, such as Google, Yelp, the Knot, etc. who have their own policies and practices. 

 

 

How long do we keep the collected information

The information collected is kept until its purpose is fulfilled (service to the customer, accounting, and tax) and permitted by law. Upon its fulfillment, the information collected will be securely discarded or deleted. 

 

 

What is our policy regarding collecting information from minors

We do not collect information from minors who are under 18 years of age, other than with parents' or legal guardian’s consent. Those who are using our website must be 18 years or older or they have either parents or guardian’s consent. If we find out those who are younger than 18 years of age have given their information to us without the consent of their parents' or legal guardian, we will delete and remove their information. If you suspect anybody who is a minor has given their information to us, please contact us at hello@boleebridal.com.

 

 

Your privacy rights and choices

You have rights to your own personal information. You can request to close your account and correct, delete or erase your data any time by contacting us at hello@boleebridal.com

You can choose to either accept or reject cookies, as well as “do not track” via your computer’s browser.

California residents are entitled to “Shine the Light” Law (CA Civil Code 1798.83) which requires the company to disclose any personal information that have been shared with third parties upon request.
