OUR RESPONSE TO COVID-19

Dear Customers,

 

Due to the ongoing cases of the Coronavirus & multiple variants, we have implemented a safety policy for the showroom appointments.

 

We ask you and your guests to follow these practices:

  • If you or someone in your household is sick or has been exposed to COVID-19, we kindly ask that you remain home per CDC guidelines.

  • The bride will put on the dress themselves; if assistance is needed, the bridal consultant will assist near the doorway or outside of the fitting room. 

  • No eating inside the store. 

 

On top of our daily cleaning at the store, we will also be disinfecting and sanitizing between each appointment. All items and surfaces expose to contact, will be wiped down regularly. We will be providing hand sanitizers available at front desk and each seating area for customer use. 

 

All staffs will be trained to follow our strict safety protocols:

  • Hands are to be washed frequently with soap for at least 30 seconds and regular hand sanitizing. 

  • Staffs who are not feeling well will be asked to remain home per CDC guidelines.

  • We will be disinfecting surfaces with bleach/alcohol (70%) solutions.

 

We want to do the best we can on our part to keep our community safe and healthy so we asked if the bride and their guest please read and follow these practices during your visit to BoLee Bridal Couture.
