PROCESS

We recommend starting the rental process: 2 months before wedding date.

Start with a Rental Consultation appointment to try on gowns from our rental collection.

Select 1 dress and 1 veil from our STAR, GOLD, & SILVER tier.​

Schedule alterations appointment for pin fitting session.

Follow up appointment to pick up dress 2-3 days before wear date.

RENTAL POLICY & AGREEMENT

All Sales Are Final
There are NO exchanges or refunds or transfers of deposits. A cancelled or postponed event does not cancel the rental contract. This policy applies to all purchased items, additional add on to the rental package, and orders not yet placed.

Payment
Full payment is required to secure your rental package.
03.
Rental Holding Fee
In addition to the rental price, we require a hold of $1000 for Star, $800 for Gold, and $600 for Silver tier packages. The holding fee is due at the time of contract signing and is held as security for potential damage to the rental items. The holding fee will be refunded to the customer within 7 business days after all rental items are returned and pass the post-rental quality check, provided no damages are found.

Quality Check & Return
All rental items will undergo a quality check upon return to assess for damage, excessive staining, or missing items. If damages are found, the cost of repairs or replacements will be deducted from the holding fee. In severe cases, additional charges may apply (see 07.).
05.
Late Return
For each day the rental items are returned late beyond the 10-day period, a fee of $50 per day will be charged to the customer until the items are received by the business. Late fees will be deducted from the Holding Fee.
06.
Cleaning
Post-wedding cleaning for minor dirt only (e.g., dry soil on the train, sweat, makeup marks) is included in the rental fee. Any significant stains (e.g., wine, ink, salt water) will be considered damage and may result in partial or full forfeiture of the holding fee or additional charges.
07.
Loss/ Irreparable Damage
If any rental item is lost or irreparably damaged, the customer agrees to pay the residual value of the item(s) as determined by BoLee Bridal Couture. This amount may exceed the original rental fee and additional charges may apply.
