Cancellation Policy

Please contact us 48 hours before appointment to cancel or reschedule. (For Weekend Appointments Only) If the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled after 48 hours have passed, the reservation fee will NOT be refunded. If cancelled 48 hours before appointment, reservation fee will be refunded. For appointments made on the same day or less than 48 hours of the booked time during weekends, reservation fee will NOT be refunded if appointment is cancelled or rescheduled.
